Overall we had a wonderfultrip. We have recommended to our friends. We liked our tour guide Mr. Ramakanth very much. He is calm, always with a smile , accomidating and a wonderful person. Our bus driver Mr.William could have been co-operative. It is very important to have a flexible driver who should realize the folks in the bus are having one time vacation of their life and have invested time, energy and moneyin making the trip. I do understand that it is not easy to be driving around whole day.
We immensely enjoyed the food although some were not as good. It is still nice to have hot food served rather than us go look for food. Also, rice was soaked and not well cooked in Venice on the way back. More green veggies could be included. Veggie burger at the black forest was excellent.
I am not sure we need the temple visit other than a prayer on the first day as this time could be used for London Eye. The overnight cruise boat was absolutely fabulous. We have taken couple of cruises and this was the best in terms of the room. It was anew ship.
I think Verona could be cutand spend more time in Rome. Going inside colosseum is very important. We did pay and go in the arena in Verona.
Vatican was a rush, one place that I think we need to spend more time inside. If pope comes on Wed andthey do not let us in the morning the whole trip need to planned so we can see Vatican well.
Lots of places were covered well and the bus was very comfortable. The hotel we stay in London and Paris should be known ahead of time. This is important for planning reason. TheThistle Hotel in London is not a great hotel. It will be good to go with another one. Also, at the cottage in Pisa could not go in the shower stand-very small. Pl check on the shower stands so people are able to shower. Most of them the bathroom was good. The travel agency in USA could be more informative and send iternary well ahead of time. Also, advise people to take currency from here - Euros.
Overall we had excellent trip and wonderful memories. We miss Mr. Ramakanth and the rest of the tourists. This trip will stay with us for our lives.
Service provided on the tour was excellent.The rate of the hotel was also excellent. The meals provided on the tour was good.The tour Escorts are excellent. Overall the trip was good and definately we recommended your company to others because of our satisfaction with your service.

I booked for the travel, I was very skeptical about Indian managed Tours.

Our children after returning from the TRIP still mention about the "TOUR UNCLE", and how they "MISS" him. The INDIAN food server in the entire trip was good.
Care was taken not to repeat the menu again. The GALA PARTY was really a GALA event, where in all the members of the group had a good time.

The We on behalf of our group of 21 people would like to thank you for providing excellent service for our cruise to Alaska.
For most of the people it was first cruise and and we did not have any idea to what to expect in the cruise but our trip was very excellent, cruise service was very good. quality of accommodation, service provided by all staff was very good, food quality and choices were very good. There was always choice of food for us to choose from. Overall our experience was very good and Norwegian Star cruise liner provided very good service to us.
We had made few suggestion to provide Jain food and they tried their best to provide Jain food as some of our group members were from India so they had to have Jain food. Overall we were all happy with the food service.
Thanks for providing good entertainment by group from India. After all main programs provided by Cruise was over, There was special programs provided for Musti tour by group from India. Entertainment was good and everyday it was different sort of entertainment.

Only one thing we all felt that on shore time at Juneau short compare to Ketchikan was very short. There is not much to do in Ketchikan but lot to do in Jeneau. Overall we had very good experience with cruise and we will definitely recommend to our friends.

The Masti Cruise organized by you and your associates ( Ritu, Nitu) to Alaska was fantastic. The entertainment organized by Kaushal Acharya and MC-Malika was superb. They did a beautiful job and deserve lots of love and good wishes. The singers-Kavita, Abhijit ,Savan and entertainer Raj Roshan
were great. My salute to supporting orchestra-superb. Rest of staff, whom I may have forgotten deserve our thanks.
The food was also great, though little on spicy side for older generation.

This was our first escorted tour. 11111Obviously we were really nervous about every little detail.
But our trip with Vacation Exotica surpassed all expectations due to the superb service from tour manager Lawrence Morris.
Even though Lawrence and William (coach driver) were working together for first time, they acted like a "Jugal Jodi".
We never got lost through out the tour. In William's term, we were never geographically challenged.
We had a fabulous time on our ‘Splendours of Europe” tour. The itinerary was

My family and I have been on a lot of group tours in the past, but none of them have

I just got back from Africa. I did not have access to internet or TV. No broadband available in the jungle. Dial up internet can really teach and test your patience especially when it keeps disconnecting.
We all had a blast. It was the most exciting trip I ever had. Actually I always thought India provided my most exciting travel experiences till I went to Africa. Air Tours vendors provided great services and facilities (A+). The most credit still would go to the African people whose hospitality and grace was exceptional. The country is clean and no beggars anywhere in East Africa. Mosquitoes are not a big problem. Indian food is easily available everywhere. Bottled water is not a problem. The CME went well. We had friendly zebras, giraffes, wild buffalos and hippos often roaming outside our huts. The safari game drives were excellent. We saw every possible animal in large numbers including kills. We were lucky to see all the BIG FIVE in action - lions, elephants, wild buffalos, rhino and the leopard. We went to the Masai village and got a first hand glimpse of their very unique lifestyle. I have great pics if anyone is interested.
I would definitely recommend the trip to anyone whose spine is healthy enough to handle the really rough jungle safari ride. The minimum no. is 6 and max. optimal no. for a cme trip is about 50. Beyond that we may have to split the group between 2 facilities which leads to logistical problems.

It's very refreshing with all your hard work in arranging Great Experience. All these lodges & Hotels had a wide selection of INDIAN breakfast - lunch or dinner. Most of them has prepare masala chai which is good.
1st day reaching Nairobi - flight was little late - but kadai- restaurand had co-operate - So every one had a delicious dinner - after long travelling.

All the same drive we had a good look for all Big Five / Small Five. We had changed little to go - Mara River & see Hippo & Crocodile. Next day morning breakfast same drive then mara Air trip - Flight to Nairobi - By Safari Link - Connect to Kilimangaro flight to Tanzania - New visa for & 100 & yellow fever-certificate to give. Out by early afternoon - Box lunch - drive to Conservation area passing. Arusha town (Where all Tanzanite mines located.) also 3000 hindu living there.
Reaching Ngorongora - high attitude Excellent location - Sunrise / Sunset. Lots of Green forest - decent Roads wonderful place - cottages are 2 units in 1 huge space- separate balcony. Nice size bed - every lodge bed set up with hot water bag that's cool - now we have leopard tour safari van - driver name is Soloman young boy. Lots of knowledge.
Shilling is Tanzania $ 1 = 1300 even employee don't make much chi but they are simple happy - smiling - good food selection I met cook whose name was Pius. Who cooks all Indian food dosa-idli- panipuri. But late evening we couldn't plan for next day. Since we were leaving early morning. Cool boat ride- Seeing several hippo family & giraffe.
Reaching Masia Mara on height sopa lodge little smaller room B05 in jungle 2 unit / per builing. Some need to escort in the night . Dinner we has moon & roti and I met cook name Jospht who has made Samosa (spicy) & khaichade - kadhi for all of us. Night masi dance sicular set up fire place to relax & enjoy.
Next day –Masai village –Unusual experience – Their small little own world. 1 family – 1 town – Approximate 100 in the family. Good to know that they are learning in school but still have a same family system. Simple – out of the world in their own world they are leaving.Their little circular shop is reasonable to buy souvenir, Bargain is always expected
By Ngorongo - coffee farm is owned by Patel N. D. (for last 3 generation ) you can visit there 1 same drive long is enough if everyone agree save 2nd day from Ngorongo check out early pick box lunch come back to Arusha in the evening may be cheaper lodge to this town has a 3000 hindu. Laxminarayan temple, Jain Derasar & most important - cheaper shopping for most our desi spices / cockery that can be done in the morning 9 am to 12 pm .
